Account & Data Deletion — وصلي - Wasally

This page applies to the وصلي - Wasally app on Google Play (package com.wasally.app.eg). You can delete your account and personal data in either of two ways.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Option 2: On this website (if you can't sign in)

Use the form above: enter the email address registered on your account and press the button. It opens an email request to support@wasally.app; you can also email that address directly with the subject "Wasally account deletion request". We process requests manually within 30 days at most.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted permanently: your name, email address, phone number and any other identifying data.
• Deleted permanently: your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication); you can no longer sign in with it.
• Kept for 5 years, fully anonymized: financial transaction records only (orders, settlements, wallets), with no identifying data, as required by Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law for accounting and legal compliance.
• Deletion cannot be undone once it has been carried out.
